On March 1, 2019 from 12-1:15 the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) is hosting a presentation by Cardozo School of Law Professor Christopher Buccafusco on how the Patent Office’s technical education requirements, while reasonable for utility patent prosecution, are biased against women with respect to design patents.
