•  The Court allowed use of certain settlement discussions for the limited purpose of showing that defendant did not take a position.
• The Court dissolved defendant QDE.
• The Court awarded plaintiff $172k in copyright revenues for LNC sequels.
• The Court awarded defendants royalties of an undetermined amount, to be set after an accounting for plaintiff’s LNC performances and sequels.
